Kitchen Cabinets Refacing

Kitchen Cabinets Refacing Auckland

New Kitchen @ a Fraction of the Cost

Kitchen cabinet refacing is the most cost-effective and the most time-efficient way to update the look and feel of your kitchen on a low budget. If your cabinetry is in good shape but you just want to modernise the look, this is the perfect solution. Why buy all the new cabinets if your existing ones are in good shape and you just want to give them a facelift?! Just replace the doors and handles, and an odd run-down cabinet if needed.

By not removing all the existing cabinetry you are saving on labour costs, rubbish removal costs, floor and wall refacing due to change of configuration, and the cost of brand new cabinetry and its installation.

Cost of a Facelift

Kitchen refacing costs depend greatly on the cost of the materials you choose and whether you are replacing your benchtops.

Please see our Handy Guide to All Cabinet Refacing Costs – It includes cost estimates for everything from door materials to hardware, handles, installation and removal costs.

Two to Three Days Turnaround Time

Because we are leaving the configuration as is and all the cabinetry is already in place, most kitchen refacing jobs can be completed within two days. Extra large kitchens may need another day but 95% of kitchens can be resurfaced within 2 days from when they arrive from the manufacturers. Benchtop fitting will need an extra day.

Smart Investment in Your Rental Property

You may not want to spend too much money installing a brand-new kitchen in your rental property. However, you can still raise the value of your rental and demand higher rent for a small investment cost.

Small Investment Big Returns

If you are thinking of selling your property, cabinet resurfacing is the fastest most cost-efficient way to raise the value. Within a week or so and with only a few thousand dollars invested, you can increase the value of your property significantly. Kitchen and bathroom are the top rooms in the house that buyers look at so a nice new kitchen will go a long way to raising the value and shortening the time on the market.

The Installation Work Process

Once you/we have chosen your new kitchen look, we will take all the measurements and place the order with the manufacturers. As soon as the new doors and handles arrive, we will come to your site to remove the existing kitchen doors. The following day we will install the new kitchen. Most jobs can be completed within two days. We will then remove and dispose of your old cabinetry, take it all away, and clean up behind ourselves. If you are also replacing the benchtop then we will organise for the benchtop installers to deliver and install the benchtop after the cabinetry has been installed. You will then inspect the kitchen and If you happen to find a detail we missed, we will be fix that up for you.

Free Measure and Quote

When we meet up and gather your requirements we’ll be able to give you a cost estimate. Once you’ve chosen the right material for the kitchen we’ll take all the measurements and we’ll forward all the specs to the manufacturer for an exact quote. We have a range of trusted suppliers we work with, supplying anything from very affordable to luxury lines of cabinetry materials. We will also be able to advise you on any modifications you may want or need to make and whether they require any plumbing, or electrical reworking or council consent. Once you get the quote back from the suppliers you can decide if you wish to proceed, at which point we will schedule the removal and installation.
